I have a few questions regarding GPA!
I am (hopefully) planning to go directly into law school after college, so is it correct that grades up until the end of junior year would count for applications (not senior year)?
Does a 3.81 vs a 3.83 GPA make a difference when applying? What about for a T14 school?

The other comments have nailed it, but I just wanted to speak directly from the admissions perspective that - yes - I'm aware that an applicant who is a current student (either undergrad or grad) is going to be sending updated transcripts during the course of the admissions cycle.
So keep doing well academically! Schools will see it!
If you’re applying during your senior year, schools will initially evaluate you based on the grades that are available when you apply, so that’ll usually mean everything through the end of junior year. But your senior-year grades can still matter you’ll submit updated transcripts/grades as they become available thats what I did, and schools can consider them while your application is pending. Since your gpa wouldn't shift drastically.
As for a 3.81 vs. 3.83, realistically, that difference by itself is extremely small. What matters more is where your GPA falls relative to a school’s median and 25th/75th percentiles. That’s true for T14s too.
Senior year counts for the T14 and most schools I know. The only way 3.81 and 3.83 can make a bid difference is if the school’s median GPA is 3.82, in which case one would be below and the other above the median GPA.
