Got my score back for August 2026 and like many, did not score where I was hoping to. I decided to push my application back a cycle shortly after taking my LSAT (wishing I came to this decision before I took the August test...) but am now going back to the drawing board and starting studying all over again. I want to focus on getting to where I want to be with PTs, comprehension and general confidence before retaking, so I'm prioritizing studying until I'm comfortable over studying for a certain date. That being said, I'd like to take it again far enough out that I'm not feeling rushed but close enough that I can retake in June 2027 with a similar gap in timing if needed. Should I aim to be ready in time for the January 2027 LSAT, or take the extra month and plan for the February LSAT? If anyone is in the same boat I would love to connect!!
