Hard to say for sure because I know very little about you. So Ill give you a few questions to think about while you make your choice.
Do you realistically think you can score much higher than a 151? If so, what will you be doing differently to do better this next go around?
By addendum do you mean GPA or LSAT? Because I probably wouldn't write one for the LSAT, but maybe you should for the GPA.
I don't think you have anything to lose by applying but if you want a stronger application you'll have to think about how you are going to do better next go around on the LSAT.
@Anders78 This is super helpful! By addendum, I meant that if I went ahead and started applications but made note that another LSAT is coming if I decide to retake it. What would you consider "much higher", a 160+ ?
@JaidaAnderson I would recommend that you listen to the podcast they put out yesterday. Just search 7sage podcast, they talk about this. If you have another LSAT test pending, that will show up and most schools will not look at your application until that is filled because they don't want to look at it twice.
As far as much higher, that's kind of subjective, but even 5 points is a lot, in an ideal world yeah you would get 160+ but if you could get a 156 even that would look a lot better than a 151, Then you would go from the bottom half of scorers to the top half and that's not insigificant. Obviously getting to 160 would be amazing too.
A big question though is this, other than more time studying, what will you actually do differently to score better?
@Anders78 I am not sure I understand what you mean by "what will you actually do". I work full time and can't afford anything outside of the Basic 7Sage plan. I would probably have to miss a car note to take the LSAT again, so I am open to suggestions! As of rn, my game plan would be to just study more and focus on the basics.

@JaidaAnderson Office hours is great, by what will you do differently I mean what will you change in your life? For me, I deleted social media. cancelled netflix, cut piano lessons etc so I could spend all of the extra time studying and I got really serious about my wrong answer journal and took a lot of time going through everything I got wrong and why. Hopefully it helps me.
