I just scored a -1 (172) on a RC section, meanwhile I scored a -6 (151) on the practice RC drill consisting of 2 passages that I did right before that. I don't think I did anything different - the passages were just much easier for me to understand in the full RC section.
How can I address this type of inconsistency? RC is my weakness. I would greatly appreciate any tips or advice from folks who previously struggled on RC and now slay it.

I wouldn’t over analyze the projected score just from doing single passages. Take full sections and look at how many total you get wrong and what types of questions/passages seem to cause recurring mistakes.
@Jdunni Sorry, I meant I scored a -1 on an RC section and previously scored 9/15 on a drill composed of 2 RC passages. I will definitely do more full passages and try to see if there's a pattern of questions I am getting wrong. Thank you!
