I screwed up my Aug LSAT and registered for the Nov one. I’m planning on drilling/practicing and getting some tutoring, but am worried about submitting my application in December after scores come out. I haven’t started writing or anything yet, but I’m going to be both studying/writing for the next 2-3 months. Is a December submission too late??

From what I have heard from someone who goes to Umich Law and another that goes to Michigan State, you will be more than ok as long as you are not looking to go to a top 14 school. But even then you could still be ok. The guy who went to umich didnt get accepted until January when he got his best score.
