I graduated from undergrad in 2023 and have been working in the legal field ever since. On my resume, should I include the job that I had during college? It was a barista job, but I was in management and was a part of a voluntary DEI committee that would give presentations to stores in the franchise. On one hand, I'm not sure how relevant it would be given that I left that job 3+ years ago. On the other hand, would it be smart to include to maybe show that I was working 30+ hours a week while going to school full time in person? I'm not sure of which direction to go and would love some feedback. Thanks!

I think this is a pretty clear one!
In general, admissions officers expect to see any job you’ve had starting frosh year of college and moving to the present. You can make exceptions for truly part time or one-off gigs (example - I used to help a family friend bale hay but it was every now and then so I wouldn’t put that on my resume). But a 30 hour a week gig WHILE going to school? Oh yeah! That should be there.
