Have you been doing sections/PTs more frequently than before? That might lead to a dip like this. But regardless, one way to reset is to spend an entire study session or two just looking back at past mistakes. For example, pick a PT you took last month and walk through every single question you got wrong or flagged to make sure you can explain it and you feel comfortable with the reasoning required to get those questions right confidently. And then pick a question type from among your highest priorities and work through the last 20 mistakes you made with that tag. It doesn't matter whether you remember the answers; the point isn't to get these right again in a drill. It's to make sure you're comfortable with reasoning through each question and don't stumble.
I'll totally try this! Thank you so much◡̈
