Hi! Same boat here.. something I realized is that balancing LSAT with FT work is not easy at all! I used to study after work, but then decided to shifted my study to the morning, and it was helpful for me. Ideally I would get 1-1.5 hr of study done in the morning, but on some days if I can't finish everything in the morning, I'll leave the BR/WAJ until afterwork, but it would be easier to do since it's less of a mental load for me than doing new questions. Hope this helps!
Seconding this! I was studying in the evenings, but found that it became too unpredictable if I worked late or was just exhausted by the end of the day. I now plan to study in the mornings (wake up at 6 and try to study from 6:30-8:00) before logging on) and then even if I can't get through everything, I have the evening as a buffer. I find it's much less intimidating to have only like 30-60 mins of studying to do after work because you've already gotten some done than starting fresh in the evenings when I'm tired. I've also started drinking two times as much coffee as I used to while studying and working haha
I also work with an LSAT tutor who advised me to really be taking advantage of weekends. I usually take Friday as my day off and then try and do more like 4 hours on Sat and Sun (this includes a practice test for me).
Agreed. I work full time and had to get up at 5:30 am to study. Otherwise life got in the way.
think this is what i have to do - get up at 5am i have to be at work at 8am!
It's rough! I'm a night owl, so I had to do a major reset. You've got this though! I found my accuracy was much better in the morning than at night. So you'll likely get a confidence boost when you practice in the a.m., which will help fuel you to keep going.
Thanks I hope so ! Also a night owl here it’s gonna be tough waking up ealier!!
