I think this is one of the big downfalls of BR. People look at these two scores and put too much stock in the BR score. That's kind of like "If I had a billion dollars, I'd own a Ferrari and have Dom Perignon with every meal." But I don't. And students don't have unlimited time on the test. Reviewing is super important, but that BR number is kind of meaningless.
BR gaps like this make studying for this test extremely annoying...
