Wrong Answer Journal Actionable Item

I've always heard the recommendation of writing an actionable item / tip for yourself when you miss a question in your WAJ to not make the same mistake. When the issue was misunderstanding the ACs or stimulus, i understand that the actionable item would be to read slower or translate to myself. However, often I feel like I can't think of a more specific actionable item for other types of mistakes. Does anyone have advice?
