I already canceled my August score and just got back a September score that was even lower. Would it look bad to admissions to have two cancelled scores? Would I have to write an addendum if I did?

Frankly, I wouldn't cancel it. In my mind, it's better to have a low score on file then show that you can do better in a future exam. How low is low?
