I just started filling out the Employment section for an application. It states "List all employment including internships." At two of my employers, I was promoted several times and had multiple positions.
Should I create a separate entry for each position, or just include the employer as a single entry?

It's really fine to go either way! But if I were you, I'd probably list each position as separate entries since the "Description" field only allows for a limited number of characters. While you'll be able to explain one position sufficiently in that space, it'd be really hard to explain two or three positions within 50 characters (or however much they give you!).
