Immediately after the test, I found myself feeling like barbecue chicken; I thought JY and Kevin were gonna send me straight to the G League after that one. But after a few hours, I can confidently say:

  • The work I've put in was solid work. I stopped relying on spamming questions and started relying more on question analysis and it paid off with a clearer understanding on the actual test.

  • I started making better decisions when answering questions. Instead of doing LR or RC like I've got less than three seconds left on the shot clock and heaving up some bullshit like I'm Chris Smoove, I was making some good decisions by not rushing and taking the time to be confident in whatever answer choice I was picking.

  • There wasn't a time where I was nervously trying to pick an answer choice. I didn't defend any answers but rather put each one through scrutiny and chose the best one. I didn't talk myself into why A, B, C, D, or E could be right but rather why four of them are getting sent to Cancun in the first round.

But there were some things I could've done a lot better with:

  • Some LR questions were a lot more logic gamey with the stimulus and how I was supposed to solve it; the test caught me lacking and I might've paid the price for it.

    • So better preparation is needed for MBT/MBF questions with a lot of conditionals in them.

  • I definitely should've prepared a lot more for RC. Not that October had any abnormal RC that had me thinking I just smoked a dutt pack before going into the test, but I definitely could've been a lot more prepared than I was.

  • Overall, my biggest mistakes came from lack of preparation in some areas. But I'm confident that I can fix the gaps before the November LSAT

All in all, I'm proud of the work I've put in for the October LSAT and I'll always be pulling for everyone here to keep on shooting - the job's not done yet. We're all going to make it to where we want to be and we'll all bring home a chip and show these schools that we're bringing fucking greatness to their doorsteps.

I'm proud of y'all - keep on going!

This is super helpful! Looks like I'll be continuing to work on CondR. You've got this in November!! (Hoping I do too lol. Also, don't even worry about the G League. Alex Caruso was there once, and now it makes me a little sad when Mark Daigneault doesn't play him. So basically, you're going to the NBA Finals on the next exam).

You got it 100%. I'm definitely looking into more logic game styled LR questions for prep so I'll update you once I get a good list of some questions. This is our year - we're all getting into our dream schools and Luka will be winning a ring and MVP!!!

Thank you!! I really hope so! I’m R&R this cycle, and this is my fourth time taking the exam, so I feel like LeBron going to the sixers instead of just retiring. And yes, if you find some of those kinds of questions, please let me know!! Trusting and believing that this is our year (and that Luka will go back to the Mavs 🙌🏻).

lmao same here, I'm on that R&R grind with u. But we're not gonna play Outstanding by the Gap Band or go full bald just yet. Bron got drafted in 2003 and didn't win his first ring until 2012, so our time is coming - even if it just takes a little while to get there.

Hopefully, instead of Outstanding, we'll get to play My Way by Frank Sinatra (and definitely no balding, I need my long hair back for law school headshots 😂). No washed R&R applicants here!

I wanna let you know that during my entire LSAT study process, you have consistently made me laugh and I am SO glad to find fellow basketball brainrotted nerds to take the LSAT alongside of. You WILL get that offer out of free agency, and I hope the scholarship (salary) is what you're looking for!

I took the LSAT on Saturday and I think I put up a pretty good performance. It was my second attempt and the testing center staff were so incredibly kind, so I had good pre-game mental heading in. The first quarter was RC, and though it felt a smidge rough - one specific passage hit me with Great Barrier Thief defense - I feel good about it. My fourth quarter clutch performance was a Godsend; I think that section went really well, and I hope that if it did, it wasn't the experimental section. Accommodations helped big time; I had no clue how much I missed them during my first attempt in June. Speaking of, that attempt was a 154; a 161~ gets me potential full rides into the schools I'm aiming for, so that's the baseline goal. The Bay Area or NYC are the dream, so let's hope that the Warriors, Sactown, Nets, and Knicks have me on their radar (and no, I am not joking about Sacramento. Aside from Duren, I might be the first person who would be happy to be there)!

Praying for you, man! I have faith in you. I've seen you progress over the past however long, and I have no doubt you'll get to where you wanna go. Keep us updated on the morning of October 28th! 🤞 🙂‍↕️

We'll both make it for sure - I believe! And once we're done, we'll stand on top of the proctor's table like Pat Bev after the play-in win
