I haven’t been sick for a year, now I’m rewriting the LSAT on Tuesday and I think I’m getting sick, painful sneezing and it kind of hurts to swallow. Everyone please send me your tips asap! Small note I am vegan with the exception of honey, in case anyone is going to leave food tips. I’m already very hygienic so this is bothersome.

Take a full day to sleep!! Rest is key!! Also hydrate, I mean like crazy! Body weight in ounces minimum! Drink some Pedialyte or Gatorade! Take Emergen-C! That will shock you back to life!! Good luck and you have plenty of time to get better! Do not push yourself and don't stress!

sorry to hear :( i also got horrifically sick about two weeks before the october lsat test date with some random throat virus. have you seen a doctor and confirmed that it's a viral and not bacterial infection?

i unfortunately had a virus, so i was given no medication and had to white-knuckle it. what worked for me is -- hot tea with honey, ricola cough drops, consuming mostly broth or soft foods (certain textures of food irritated my throat), sleeping as much as possible, and honestly just taking time away from the test. it was really upsetting that i wasn't able to study, but i healed faster when i just let my body chill.

if you're congested, i highly recommend getting a neti pot or other nasal irrigation tool. they always work wonders for relieving my sinus pressure/congrestion!

    wishing you the best!

I only started feeling bad today but conveniently I see my doctor tomorrow, I also pulled out my netti pot this evening for the first time in a long time and even without being congested I still feel like I can breathe a bit better!
