I may be able to save you some time here! As a reapplicant, it's ok to recycle old letters of rec. Promise!
But past that:
Academic letters - hoping to learn about what you bring to the classroom and academic environment. Ideally from someone who taught you in a full class within your final two years of college or grad school.
Professional letters - hoping to learn what you bring to the office, workplace, etc. Ideally from a manager or superviser.
