I will not be taking the exam again. I started with a 167, went up to a 168, and then had a disturbance on my exam and got a 166. I think if I hadn't missed 10 minutes on my last exam I could have cracked 170+ but so is life. Should I cancel last attempt?

I wouldn't cancel it since it's so close to your other scores but maybe write an addendum explaining the disturbance?
I wouldn’t. Schools will assume the cancel was worst than a 168 anyways. Don’t leave them guessing, especially because they might assume the worst
