LR section question type strategy?

I'm thinking on doing the argumentative questions first then do non-argumentive in the LR sections.

What are some strategies you guys do in LR to stay in pace and timing?

I think this is a hot take and not actually advised by professionals but I stay strict to timed sections so I don’t become comfortable with getting more time than I should to answer a question

Would it be a good idea to invest that time into scanning and classifying each question? Say it only takes you a few second.. 25Qs.. well sir you just sacrificed over 1m of your 35 timer and the clock keeps ticking. I think the task would take a bit longer than 3s/Q to accomplish so as far as timing, no..

Pacing? Wouldn't that really pull you out of any flow.. I guess once you have things set up right it might improve the pace during that time span, but you cannot overlook the setup preparations before.

The typical strategy is, read the question slowly. Identify the premise & conclusion. Anticipate the answer.

I read the stem before the stimulus so that I know what my task is, it helps me to analyze the stimulus with purpose.

The strats are either: read stem first, OR read stimulus first.

I guess secondary is: do you anticipate fully, or rely on full PoE. (some question types can be anticipated, other that rely on spectrum require you to weigh against other answer choices- IE which one most strengthens.

DW it is not a dumb question. I honestly though it was a good idea to make a mental mind map for RC, but in reality you want to keep things as simple as you can, and have some fail safe rules you can fall back on during test day.
