Hello all,
Basically, I had a position post-graduation that I was in for a few months, then put in my two week notice. I was unemployed for three months, then started a job that I've been in for nearly two years.
I'm just wondering if I should write an addendum? Some folks are telling me that the gap is too small and that my two years of interesting work experience since will outweigh any concerns, and that I should only write one if the school explicitly asks; others are saying that I should explain regardless of whether or not the schools asks.
Thoughts?

Just to be pro-active, I'd acknowledge/explain the gap on the resume via the addenda. I can almost guarantee that there's going to be someone at every school you apply to who will wonder about this when they review your app. So just control the narrative!
And speaking of controlling the narrative, do be professionally upbeat when explaining it. Even if the real reason is "the job crushed my soul every day," you can reframe that as "I found pretty quickly that it just was not the right position for me and that it would be to my benefit to seek other opportunities."
Hello! I was in a similar boat; I would advise you go on a school-by-school basis. In general three months is a very understandable amount of time, and I don't think you need to write one unless the school asks --- and some schools do ask for an addendum for any period of unemployment 3+ months or longer.
That gap would be understandable to admissions officers! They recognize it takes time to find new roles. I’d say you don’t need one unless they explicitly ask for it
