Hey guys! I am basically finished with all my law school application materials but my Resume. I am struggling to keep it to one page, while keeping minimum 11 font. I currently have basically no margins, and am currently at 10 font. Everyone keeps saying to keep to one page, but I have been out of school for over a year now and have been working since I started college. I know that some of my jobs don't necessarily apply to the field of law, but I feel they important to note so there are not any gaps in my resume. I have consolidated my resume so much to the point I have like maximum two bullets per section. What should I do?Should I keep the zero margins and small font size, or go a page and a 1/4 over? Any advice??

Hi! Would definitely recommend just going over to two pages rather than keeping the font tiny with 0 margins. The requirements are a bit different than those for job applications, and many schools are perfectly happy with 1-2 pages.
zero margins and size 10 font is not a professional look. going onto a 2nd page would be fine, and 11 pt font is the minimum for readability. there are some schools that request a 1-page resume, and those will typically give you space in the application itself to add your other jobs, so you don't have to worry about cramming every single thing into 1 page.
The pre-law advisor at my undergrad says 2 pages is totally fine, unless 1 page is required by a school. I would keep margins to at least 0.7 inches and font to 10.5 or 11. For schools that required one page, I would consider cutting a few less essential/law related experiences out, unless of course the school requires you to include all experiences.
The length for resumes for law school application isn’t as strict as those for job applications (which is the standard most people go by). You can use a 1-2 page resume for schools unless they specifically state one page!
