Videos are freezing and taking too much time to load ..tried checking on windows, iOS and android platform but in vain ... Please help

    Thanks for letting us know about this! I was trying out some different servers to see if I could find a faster and more reliable one for everyone. It looks like this server is less reliable - sorry!

    I switched back to our previous server, so it should work again.
