Tests are provided exactly as LSAC releases them - i.e., with 4 sections. That said, it is incredibly important to practice with 5 sections. The way to do this is to break apart a test and stick one of its sections into the test you're about to take, as the "fifth" section. I recommend putting it in first or second, depending on how big a problem getting 'settled in' is for you.
