I am a non-traditional student and need to write an addendum for why I did poorly when I was in school in 2011. However, my first-choice school does not have an addendum option. What should I do?

Would you write an addenda for 2 cancelled LSAT scores one after the other? One due to illness, the second due to family death days prior to testing.
