I feel ya matt, I did something similar. I don't lift weights like I used to, more into running/cardio myself now. But, in the morning I did some pushups (not as many as you lol), some planks, some stretches, jogging on spot, jumping jacks, threw a couple punches in the air (made me feel better). You know come to think of it, I kind of just went into my workout room and did whatever the heck I felt like for about 15-20 mins, listening to pump up songs. But, I can definitely say I felt awake, alert, and ready to go.
@shatanof299, the man was just about to the write the LSAT, he's not looking to max out weight lifting and blow a blood vessel prior to having to sit for 4 hrs. cut him some slack.
You mean bodyweight squats as in with weight on the bar over your shoulders or you mean just your bodyweight?
