Met with the dean of my top choice last week and she was very encouraging of retaking in Jan to get more scholarship money and said that they get a ton of students who are admitted who apply in February. I think it's very dependent on the place, but I'm applying with my current score to some that have directly told me that applying before Thanksgiving is best and waiting for others. Took the September test and it was a lot wider. But overall really appreciate how accurate this interface is!
