I can't even lie, B almost got me in the beginning lol. I had to go back and read it again a second time and realize that it was essentially just restating the premise/support in the last sentence of the stimulus. It was a convincing answer, but it only was just support, not the main conclusion.

On this one, I immediately eliminated A, C, and D based on the reasons given in the explanation. I was then torn between B and E.

My reasoning with E was that maybe there were other feasible ways of increasing the amount of available funds that just haven't been considered yet. That was an erroneous method on my part as we are to take the premises as true. Had I taken it as true, I would've eliminated it and chose B.

@GSUDREAM I picked E as well. My issue was that I read the stimulus and didn't 100% fully understand it before trying to answer the question stem. I correctly identified the main conclusion but misidentified the subsidiary conclusion which caused me to choose the wrong answer.
