I also had issues Thursday. After the first section, the proctor told me an issue had occurred and that I had to log out and back in. I never was told what the issue was. I tried to get back to my test repeatedly for almost 6 hours before I eventually had to also request a retest.

I also had a similar issue. When I tried to start the second section I was told an error had occurred and I had to exit and log back in. I proceeded to do this for 6 hours, each time doing the screening before being told there was a technical issue and I had to try again. On the last few attempts they could not even connect me with a proctor. I was never able to get access to the rest of my test and had to request a retest. Unfortunately online is the only option for many if nearby test centers cannot provide their accommodations.
