Would a proper way to understand example 2 be that all successful businesses serve their customers well, but not all businesses that serve their customers well are successful businesses?

I genuinely don't understand why question #3 doesn't make sense until until translated. If the sentence reads "ONLY the highest flying birds of prey nest in the summits of the Andes", then why is it unclear where the highest flying birds of prey nest? The sentence literally tells us. It's just not making sense to me. Once the sentence was translated to nest → high, and it now reads "If you nest in the summits of the Andes, then you're one of highest flying birds of the prey", how are those two sentences different from one another????
