Hello future attorneys,
I wanted to see if there are any students in the Pennsylvania area (Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, York, or Harrisburg) who want to form an in-person LSAT study group.
The goal would be to meet once or twice a week at a public library or coffee shop to review practice tests, and stay consistent in our prep.
Meeting in person helps with:
Accountability and staying on track
Real-time discussion and deeper understanding
Learning different strategies from others
Creating a focused study environment
I’m currently scoring in the mid-150s and aiming for a 165+. I’m planning to take the LSAT in June, so I want to stay fully locked in over the next two months.
If this is something you're interested in, please let me know and we can coordinate.
E says that you should punish the party whenever possible. that explains it since it would be impossible to punish ALL the parties when all of them are to blame. but if it's only one party, you can punish them by voting for the opposition.
I initially chose D which now I see it's completely wrong as it shifts the attention to the incumbents.
I initially got tricked by this one since it jumped from the party to the individual. But, E mentions the individual in a way that bring attention to the PARTY to which the INDIVIDUAL belongs.
