"Don't feel bad if you didn't get this question right...."

Too late. Just when I think I couldn't feel worse about myself, I get this question and realize I can.

@RamseyEaton Better to get them all right here when they say don't worry about time, rather understanding. The speed will eventually come with more understanding of why each answer is wrong! Last night, I did an adoptive drill that took me 9 minutes to get right. I was happy I got it right because I felt I had a mild understanding.

@TeklaCo I was reading a book about an hour before this study session and whenever I run into a word I don't know, I'll stop write it down in a small notebook and look up the definition. Deleterious was that word!

I must admit, I am pretty impressed with myself.

I read the question stem and was like "Ok, this is a strengthen question. I know what I have to do." Digest the stem, get a good understanding and totally get my pre-phrase so I am ready to rock and roll.

Sure enough, I did a perfect weaken pre-phrase which too me to D. The answer even said this would weaken!

@Bruh Same with me! 3 of the 5 I was over 4 minutes of my target time but accuracy over speed for the time being.

@AdamNelson418 I think speed will come with time. These are not timed based drills. They have a target time but I think more important thing is to ensure you are getting them correct and understanding. The more we understand and recognize the patterns and such, the speed will come more naturally. I'm going slow and way over my time as well but I also dread missing answers as well.

Got 3/3 and diagrammed each one. Even though I was way over time on every one but I was like 100% confident in 2/3.

@ZacharyCarter That's good to know. I initially thought when I had four questions for B/R that I got four of them wrong and then going through I was like "How can this be wrong?" Makes perfect sense now. I'm new to the platform so learning all this stuff from scratch!
