@JacobFaubion My interpretation here is that Jake is presenting a sort of conditional: If you want to minimize the amount of bacteria in your home, then you should use the antibacterial cleaning agent. But that doesn't necessarily apply to all people. So when answer E says "People should use household cleaning products with antibacterial agents to clean their homes", we can't say what Jake's opinion would be on a statement so broad. We have no idea; we only knows how he feels about people in that certain conditional. But if he did have an opinion, it probably wouldn't be agreeing with Karolinka anyways, who thinks it should not be used.
