Simply saying "what" is not a good enough explanation for why an answer choice is wrong. This is a recurring issue with lots of video explanations. Students would appreciate more comprehensive breakdowns of wrong answer choices and what might make them appealing.
The written explanation for AC E is inaccurate. The passage states "the data could be consistently read as indicating that, while [the spectroscopic data] does indeed contain iron (along with other elements found on Earth), 90 percent of the sun is hydrogen and most of the remainder is helium." There isn't evidence that the analysis could detect that the sun was 10% iron, as stated in the written explanation for E, since we're told that most of the remainder is helium (i.e. at least 6% of the sun's mass). But because we're also told that there is still evidence of iron in the spectroscopic data, then we can reasonably infer that the data does reveal anywhere between 1-4% of Iron/other elements in the sun's mass.
