@ArdaschirArguelles but “on time” doesn’t necessarily equate to precedence. In the real world, project 2 could be wholly dependent on project 1.

The explanation for (E) makes sense, with the exception of a small detail in the last paragraph. It may be confusing to some because it states “a project of equal or higher priority,” when in fact, it’s already been established that both are “equally important.” Timing/deadline ≠ priority. Just because one is late doesn’t mean that the other automatically becomes the priority. What if in the real world, the first is comprised of necessary context for the second? Some of these explanations are f****** people up.
@TimothyLucia There is no relevance. We cannot assume that human communication is strictly comprised of “traditional languages.”
