Hey! Our team is currently looking into this. In the meantime, I suggest increasing the font size while we work to resolve this.
We'll follow up as soon as we have more information. Thanks for your patience!
@kae I see, thank you for clarifying. You’re correct that the Explanations and Notes tabs cannot be opened at the same time from Review mode.
As a workaround, you can try opening each one in a separate browser window or placing them side by side if your desktop supports split screen.
We truly appreciate your feedback, and our team will take it into consideration.
Hey there!
You for sure can watch videos and write in the notes tab at the same time. Simply open your video lesson or question explanation and then tap the notes icon at the top right. This should let you open both at the same time and jot down notes.
See the attached GIF for reference:
I hope this helps, but please let us know if you are referring to something else or have more questions.
Hey @SharonJuneKim I'm sorry for the trouble. I've sent you an email to help you troubleshoot this, please let me know if you haven't received it.
Hey @JohnYule
Great question! The Keyboard Highlight feature lets you select and highlight text with your keyboard instead of your mouse. It can be especially helpful when an answer choice is masked, since text inside a masked answer choice may not be selectable with your mouse.
To use it:
Enable Keyboard Highlight from the testing menu.
Place your cursor within the passage, question, or answer choice you would like to highlight.
Hold down the Shift key while pressing the left or right arrow key to select the text.
Press the Tab key to move to the highlighting controls.
Press the Spacebar to apply the highlight. You can also use Tab to move through the available highlighting options and select a different color.
See the attached GIF for reference:
You can continue pressing Tab to move between the passage, question stem, and answer choices. You can use Shift + Tab to move backward. This makes it easier to reach and highlight text within different answer choices. Let us know if you have any questions!
Hey there,
Just wanted to follow up and let you know that we investigated this further. We confirmed that the same behavior also occurs in LawHub’s tester, and we aim to keep our testing interface as close to LawHub’s as possible.
As a workaround, we recommend disabling the Grammarly browser extension while completing drills, sections, or PrepTests. Grammarly will not be available during the official LSAT, so turning it off may also help provide a more accurate test-day experience.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention!

@beckiethefox Hey! You can add your RSVP'd events to Apple Calendar.
First, RSVP for the classes you'd like to attend.
Next, go to Your RSVPs and click Add all RSVPs to Calendar. This will download a calendar (.ics) file containing all of your scheduled classes.
To import the file into Apple Calendar on your Mac:
Open the Calendar app.
If you'd like, create a new calendar to keep your 7Sage classes organized.
Either drag the downloaded .ics file directly into the Calendar app, or click File > Import and select the .ics file.
When prompted, choose the calendar where you'd like the events to be added and click OK.
Once imported, your class schedule will appear in Apple Calendar. Let us know if you have any questions!
Hi @kroper4
Thanks for the suggestion! Great news is you can add all the classes you’ve RSVP’d to your Google Calendar in bulk. Here’s how:
First, RSVP for the classes you’re interested in.
Then go to “Your RSVPs” and click “Add all RSVPs to calendar.”
This will download a calendar file to your device. Once downloaded, you can import that file into your Google Calendar so all of your RSVP’d classes appear there at once.
Please see the attached GIF for a quick walkthrough.
I hope this helps! If you run into any trouble or have any other questions, feel free to let me know.
