On 13 how would we be able to determine that the provisions don't include the rules? I was confused because I didn't realize the provisions we were comparing answer choices to are only the ones defining UCH and not the rules following the definition. Once JY said we were only dealing with the definition the question was easy.

honestly just dont use lawgic, it makes these much more complicated and you're not going to have time on the exam to draw a bunch of arrows and slashes.

yeah that's why i got it wrong as well. the stim doesn't make clear that the themes discussed are of concern or interest, just that they are consistent throughout many cultures--which is objectively true.

just do what works for you. if i read the question first i find myself scanning the stimulus only for the answer, or what i think the answer should look like, and i miss key details.
