The problem I had with C was that the conditional element to qualify to be a recognized medical specialist is substantially different from desiring to be a recognized specialist. Does desiring to be recognized means you have qualified to be recognized? I didn't think so. You can desire to get a 180 on the LSAT, but may not qualify for 180.

I don't think the explanation is correct. This is referring to De Morgan's Law, which groups two separate negated premises into a grouped either/or statement. 1. Not proved campers caused fire, and 2. Not proved lightning caused fire. So, Not proved (campers caused fire, or lightning caused fire). Thus, it is a valid conclusion. Powerscore bible says some PF arguments are in fact valid.

My issue was E was that 'each person' makes it sound like both parties (wrongdoer and person harmed) need to acknowledge, whereas stimulus is only saying a wrong has to be acknowledged, leaving it broad.

I’m looking for a tutor who can help me improve my official score of 161 (June 2026) to 16high by the October exam.

My most recent PT was a 163/170. Several of the incorrect questions came from misreads, rather than gaps in fundamental concepts. So I think there is a good chance for improvement.

A couple of must-haves for the tutor:

  1. The tutor should be willing to present his or her official LSAC score report on our first virtual meeting

  2. The tutor should have a trustworthy, reliable history of drill & PT scores on their 7sage profile. If there is no drill & PT scores on your 7sage profile, we cannot prove your study history

  3. Each class should consist of doing 1-2 problems together, and doing deep-dive analysis by comparing/contrasting how each of us approached the question

  4. The tutor should be open to email communication throughout the week

Lastly, if the student presented good potential to improve and that feels like it’s going to hamper your chances of admission, and you start to become passive-aggressive or start giving ineffective advice, please reconsider being on this platform.

I know that this is an onerous requirement, so my budget is $40-70, negotiable based on the length and provable effectiveness of teaching. I don’t think the fact that you currently attend a T14 is a reasonable foundation to ask for $100+. If we can strike a good deal, I can do multiple times during the week.

I am in KST zone, so I will try my best to accommodate both EST/PST.

Please shoot me a message if you are willing to schedule our first lesson!

I also drew the second conditional wrong, neglecting Most to apply to both conditionals:

Large nurseries sell -ONLY-> plants guaranteed disease-free.

If the correct conditional is:

large nurseries -most-> sell only plants that are guaranteed to be disease-free,

What kind of role does 'only' play here? Certainly not as a formal logic indicator?

Also, I'm wondering if an alternate world not covered by most would look like (which would be the case of Wally's Plants) the following:

large nurseries -some-> DO NOT sell only plants guaranteed to be disease-free.

Which would help us point to answer choice E, as Wally's plants were diseased (NOT guaranteed to be disease-free, or guaranteed but fall short of being disease-free)
