I was really sucking at these questions up until 2 questions ago. What I do that helps is write down a "why" question. So i wrote "why are there more tornadoes even though the factors remain unchanged?" i do this to simplify it for me even tho the explanations are great overanalyzing questions is what confused me. Instead I just simply find the answer choice that correlates best with the my "why" question. Less is more in this section for me personally.

I think that since its saying that people who also eat more red meat are containing the same amount of other high fat foods they would then have consumed more fat overall because high fat foods + red meat >>> High fat foods no red meat. Because its shown red meat is high in fat they are then consuming more making the stem part of people not eating red meat consuming more fat false
