@Patni We do know. If Pat was a member then he would have to have gotten the coupon at the Main Street location. The stimulus says if you haven't rented more than ten videos in the past month can receive the coupon only at the Main Street location.

Pat hasn't rented more than 10 movies in the past month yet received the coupon at a location other than Main Street so it MUST be true that non-members of the Frequent Viewers club can also receive the discount.
