Here for the tips because I am in the exact same boat right now. I am just really trying to make sure I get at least 13 a section.
I had to negate A and C. I have been watching a lot of recorded classes to get better at these questions, and one thing I have picked up is that if I am between two answers, one of them is wrong, so I can't " Pick the closest" because that's not really a thing.
I ended up choosing A. This was because in the stimulus it specifically mentions:
" Since the average peak humidity this August was three points higher than the average peak humidity last August". In answer choice A it says:
" Since in these classes the institute enrolled 20 percent more students overall last year than in the previous year".
That similarity led me to the correct answer. I am not sure if my thinking is correct, or if I got lucky but this was a tough question for me.
Pissed I got this wrong because the however threw me off. A is an obvious answer, and I second-guessed myself.
@legallyhaya Okay, same. I am in the ET. 6 is right for me, but you'll want to remind yourself to sign up tomorrow at 6 pm ET.
It depends on what day you want to take the exam. If you want to take it 1/7, it opened at 3 pm ET. If you want to take it 1/8, it opens at 6 pm ET. Friday 1/9 and Saturday 1/10 are tomorrow, 12/23.
anyone have any time this week and want to do an LR section over zoom?
I am nowhere near Florida but am taking the Jan LSAT and would love to do a zoom!
I got a 143 and really thought that was the end for me, BUT I am changing the way I study and grinding the next 10 weeks for January. I need at least into the 150s for the school I want. I've built a good relationship with the school staff, so I just need my LSAT to actually reflect me and my readiness. We have got this!
Hi! I didn't love the videos provided on here, so I would read the descriptions, but I also really like LSAT lab on YouTube for the visual aspect!
I have been struggling with flawed reasoning, and I was able to use the basics to break this one down and get it. Not focused on time right now, but happy with myself that I got this right
diagramed correctly, yet chose the wrong answer. I need to slow down.
