But you have to have decreased traffic to have increased profits. It doesn't make sense.

@Isra But wouldn't it be true that if traffic didn't decrease, then profits would not increase? Because "the profits won't increase if the traffic does not decrease."

I guess by saying “Vigorous is more effective but strenuous is not necessary” led me to think vigorous and strenuous were different. And being that strenuous is unnecessary, why would I pick A?
