I still think A is a better answer than D even after listening to the explaination.
The diagram is so helpful but I feel so confused because in the earlier video lessons they took the scoop out of the A bucket and put it in the B bucket then put the whole B bucket into the C bucket. Now we are learning A-B-s->C does not always equal A-C. but just a couple lessons ago it did....
This doesn't make sense with what we learned about some earlier... we were told some is at least than one.... now in #1 some can be zero.
I thought we weren't supposed to just assume stuff....you have to assume what he wants it's not in the stimulus.
I feel you on this sometimes I think the LSAT writers are just making stuff up. The only benefit to the plan was staff lawyers or laywers paid by the company. No other services were stated. I agree with you.
How is that a benefit? There's no extra benefit in still having to pay a lawyer...
right? what are the benefits beyond use of the services of the plan's staff lawyers? THIS MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE. NO BENEFITS STATED. I realise they meant you can get an outside lawyer but wouldn't you be doing that anyway.... so how is that a benefit? No other benefits to having the plan are given other than having a lawyer.
A being the answer is tripping me up... am I the only one. The journalist is saying it's food aka IRON and the correct answer talks about genetic predisposition and them having the SAME amout of iron. HOW DOES THAT strengthen his reasoning that iron causes parkisnson's? It doesn't. NONE of these answers are good.
I got 3/13 so you're gunna be okay.
