Let the record show this is my sign to go to sleep. I read "A" and said to myself "nope, must be false" and moved on - forgetting the whole point and not realizing what I had done.
Is my reasoning for getting this right wrong? Just want to make sure. Ty!
A - We're talking about refunds. Not selling the watch in the first place. Next.
B - We're not talking about a standard of how long the watches are supposed to last from either store. We're talking about refunds. Next.
C - Not performing to the purchaser's standards isn't always what the intention of use of the product is. I could've expected the watch to do my taxes, but that's not the intended use. Next.
D - Yes! Because if they didn't use it the way it was intended, then their argument would be bogus.
E. Irrelevant.
It's like I'm back in 8th grade. Good to know I'm still good at this haha.
Real talk - who else got this wrong because they had no idea what "repudiate" meant?
I've worked in law firms for almost seven years now. Finally starting to take that next step. Good luck to the rest of you!
Is there a reason the "target time" on this one is so short? I understand it's a very easy question, but none of the other questions I've done so far with similar difficulty had such a short time expectation. Also, I don't know about others, but I definitely wouldn't have been able to read everything and choose the right answer in less than 30 seconds.
Anybody else read E too fast and negligently interpret "property" as the buried items? I hate that they do this on purpose....
