This one was staring me in the face... Claims that they could not have caused the suffering to the extent of which critics claim, then concludes from there that no suffering occurred. Gotta read these carefully man.

@ParmelieAndris This is not supported because one can still have passed the bar exam and not be a practicing lawyer. Think of the image they provided where the necessary condition is the larger circle and within that circle is the smaller sufficient condition circle, here being a practicing lawyer is the sufficient condition while passing the bar is the necessary condition. Practicing lawyers is one group of people we know have passed the bar, but there are many more people who pass the bar but are not practicing lawyers contained within that larger circle.
