For the Let's Review, can /B → A also be the negated version? I don't quite understand if this is exactly like Group 1 conditional indicators or a different concept. What is the difference between contrapositive and negation?

This one also threw me off. I think if there was a bit more to the linguists sentence affirming the conclusion of their research, then it would support the first sentence. But on it's own, it's just a claim with no rhyme or reason.
