This lesson was amazing and simple to understand. Now, can we get this argument summary in a pdf so that we can put it on a poster. Or could 7Sage just sell the posters? I would gladly buy to hang up. Come on 7Sage, let's get this poster idea going. :)

I think that there are some assumptions here. One is that he didn't have a pass before this rule. Because it says members of DVC can "now" access the pass. So that makes me assume that the pass is not a new thing, but the rule is. So what if Walt paid full price for it before the perk was implemented.
If this had said there is now a new pass called the Genie+ fast pass and only DVC members can access it, that would have been a sounder argument.
This one confused me a bit. Well the answer did because it is comparing shrimp with shrimp (again) and any other marine species. Trying to figure out the difference in the shrimp mentioned first versus the shrimp mentioned the second time. It read as if they were the same shrimp.
