Quick doubt, can sovereign states choose not to be part of the UCH and conventions ? and that way D might be a good answer?
Is there a PT 97?
This analysis is sooo good, an hour long but bang on!
I would say this to be the hardest question i have ever seen....
Yes aleii1014, Q5 was a bit annoying for me too, i chose option A, thinking that lay people will not take up new tech because of the persuasive nature of risk comm. But then after the passage analysis, realised that the issue with lay people is not about that but only the fact that they make value judgements based on the children example. But the weird part is i felt that the value proposition or judgement was also negated in the very next line wherein it says that the entire argumentation for children blah blah can be ignored by the people. I am still confused now after writing this reply haha....
I got E, but the possible explanation that D can be right can stem from the fact that even if one person or driver has used a seatbelt, then the effect of such seatbelt usage is the improvement in safety and thereby does not resolve the paradox right? I chose E because it is the more obvious and distinct answer choice that suits the question stem correctly.
How is it that in Q.21 OptionE is not the mainpoint but option D is you just striked it off saying it is not the mainpoint it would be great if you could give a more detailed explanation. #help#feedback
But in the classes, he mentions that you should not attack the premise or the conclusion and thus i rejected A.
