I got E, but the possible explanation that D can be right can stem from the fact that even if one person or driver has used a seatbelt, then the effect of such seatbelt usage is the improvement in safety and thereby does not resolve the paradox right? I chose E because it is the more obvious and distinct answer choice that suits the question stem correctly.
How is it that in Q.21 OptionE is not the mainpoint but option D is you just striked it off saying it is not the mainpoint it would be great if you could give a more detailed explanation. #help#feedback
But in the classes, he mentions that you should not attack the premise or the conclusion and thus i rejected A.
Quick doubt, can sovereign states choose not to be part of the UCH and conventions ? and that way D might be a good answer?
