Okay. If anyone else got stuck between A and C, I think the issue is focusing on the language in the premises rather than the language in the conclusion. In the conclusion, it says for a meeting to achieve max. productivity, it "NEEDS" to have a clear time frame and be no more than 30 minutes long. Needs to = requires, necessary, only, must. Translate that phrase like that, and don't get caught in the language of "most" in the premises, which would translate to in general. I guess.

Alright, doesn't AC D make the assumption that these people are like... unemployed when they are injured? Do I just have a fundamental misunderstanding of employment metrics????
