Same issue still happening with me

Can anyone explain what makes information specifically able to be kicked up into the domain? I understand that information that is taken for granted or believed generally to be true is put up there, but with so many of these questions I feel as if they are confusing because of :

1) the trick-question use of indicators without prior reference of how to go about breaking down multiple indicator scenarios (#7) or alternate use scenarios (#12). I feel way out of my depth after this skill builder, when I used to feel secure in breaking down indicators because there seem to be secret hidden combinations of indicators that mean completely different things with an explanation that amounts to "English is weird!".

2) It seems like information around the sufficient/necessary can be kicked into the domain arbitrarily and can be frankensteined back into the original sentence at the end without real rhyme or reason. For example, in #10 where it reduces the sufficient condition to "valid", is there any reason it could not also be "moral", "judgement" or "moral judgement"? If this technique just arbitrarily stows information in the domain, is there much real use in using it aside from personal preference?

This skill-builder threw me for a loop completely, so if anyone could help un-cook my brain on this one it would be really appreciated. Would prefer less bits about HBO, and more explanation here if possible.

Maybe the most confusing way to say that sample size is important ever recorded.
