Regarding the Joint Sufficient Condition Framework example - According to the video, why does only the first sufficient condition, /purpose, need to be triggered in order to follow the rule? Wouldn't you also have to take into account being a resident, since "/purpose and resident" are listed as being joint sufficient conditions?
