Literally disgusting. I got the flaw itself correct but the AC wrong. The subtlety in the correct AC compared to the other ACs should be sufficient to just throw this ? out entirely.

I don't see how E is weakening the argument. I read some of the other responses on this forum and it still isn't clicking with me. The argument is stating that interest amongst those in N. America have declined, so I thought answer choice E wouldn't contribute to the argument because it is talking about non N. Americans.
I interpreted AC B as could be true on the basis on the first sentence. I equated "supporters" to those who enacted the law (which I think is a reasonable assumption that those that pass laws support it), and "believe it will have an impact.." as protect workers from second-hand smoke (to protect something is to attempt to dimish harm, and i think that is also a reasonable assumption here). Obviously my reasoning is not JY's, but I am curious if anyone else thought this, or if anyone thinks this is a flawed way of interpreting. Either way I got the answer right, but I am really really into making sure I understand WHY something is right v wrong.
