Easiest thing to do is to look at the conclusion first and match it with the answer choices don't overthink the reasoning if it does not stick out to you. I I would recc for you all to read the powerscore LR bible. Specifically look into the "What to do if all else fails"

could price be synonymous to impacts? Or is it pertaining to cost? Changing the meaning from cost to impact helped me understand but I am unsure if that is correct.
